If a student should withdraw from class, refunds will be given at the discrepancy of the director. The regular dance year began Monday September 11, 2023 & runs through mid. May 2023
(Recital date -TBD) (4 pay periods) Payments are due the 1st week of classes the following months: Sept. Nov. Jan. & March
(Payments must be submitted by the 15th of the month to avoid a $30 late fee) Sibling Discount 2nd child or more receive 10% off tuition per. pay period (equal or lesser value) Tuition must be paid on time to recieve discount. If sibling drops class within a pay period discount is void & full payment will be due.
$50.00 per student per year/$ 75.00 family flat fee
Registration fee must be received w/in 3 days of registering.

Pre-School, Pre-K, & Kindg. & Beg. 1hr. classes will have 1 costume (2 in 1) but will have 2 recital dances. Late orders or size exchanges may incur a shipping fee. Costumes must be paid in full by Dec. 15. Make checks payable to FIM. Costumes will not be ordered if payment is not made by the due date. NO EXCEPTIONS!! Costume payments are NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-TRANSFERABLE. All tuition balances must be paid up to date before any costumes are ordered. If you do not intend to participate in the recital please let me know ASAP. You can still participate in weekly dance classes, we just have to know for costumes & choreography. The students will be measured (by their teacher or Miss Janet) during class the end of the month for proper sizing. Consideration is taken for growth when ordering.
Keep in mind many students fall in between the size charts for specific companies. When this happens we always go bigger to be safe. Costumes can be taken in if needed, but can not always be made bigger. Some in stock costumes start to arrive within a couple weeks of ordering, however most costumes take 10-12 weeks to make & will not be in until late March-Mid April. 1 hr. single subject classes will have 1 routine in the recital. (Which show will be decided later-in the past, some of these routines have been asked to perform in both shows.
